What this is

Ready Set Music Bingo is a live music bingo game. A host plays songs, you mark them on your phone card, and you try to complete the winning shape first. Games run in bars and venues and also online. Ready Set Music Bingo is a brand of Ready Set Entertainment, based in Ontario, Canada. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Free to play

Playing Ready Set Music Bingo is always free. No ticket, payment or purchase is required to join a game, take part, or win a prize.

We may offer optional paid subscriptions, for example to see advanced stats and analytics. They are never needed to play or to win.

Venues are separate businesses with their own house rules. Many expect guests who stay for a while to buy food or drink, as they would on any other night. That is the venue’s rule about its seats, not a condition of playing or winning.

Who can use it

The game is meant for a general bar audience. If you are under 13 you may not use it. If you are old enough to use it but under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian first. Venues may have their own age rules, and you must follow them.

Accounts and names

• You can play as a guest or create a profile with your email or Google account.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us accurate information.
• Your display name is shown to other players and on the display board in the room. Do not use a name that is offensive, hateful, or pretends to be someone else, including us or a host. We filter names and can change or block a name, or remove a player, if we need to.

Fair play

• One card per player per game. Do not join a game more than once to get extra cards.
• Do not cheat, share answers to bonus rounds, or use tools to get an unfair edge.
• Do not interfere with a game, the service, or other players, and do not try to break or get around our systems.
• The host decides whether a win counts. A win may be checked before it is confirmed, and a win can be cancelled if it turns out to be wrong.

Chat and conduct

When chat is on, be kind. Do not post anything abusive, threatening, hateful, sexual, or illegal, and do not spam. Messages are filtered, but filters miss things. A host or we can delete messages and mute players.

Prizes

Prizes are set and given out by the venue or host running a game, not by us. We do not guarantee any prize, and a venue or host decides the rules for claiming one. If you have a problem with a prize, talk to the venue or host.

Availability

We do our best to keep games running, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Games and audio can be interrupted or delayed by things like your connection, your phone, a venue, or our providers. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time.

Music and content

The songs, names and trademarks used in games belong to their owners. You may not copy or resell any part of the service. Hosts are responsible for having the right to play the music they use.

Ending an account

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@readysetmusicbingo.com. We can suspend or end an account or remove a player if these terms are broken or if we need to protect other players or the service.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ready Set Entertainment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost prizes, or losses that come from the service being unavailable or interrupted. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months, which is zero if you have only played for free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
